Quinlan Lab software integrated into IGV

BEDTools, a software program developed by the Quinlan Lab, recently became the first external software to be integrated into IGV Genome viewer, a very popular visualization tool from the Broad Institute. BEDTools is a fast and flexible suite of tools that can be used to compare large sets of genomic features. See the following for more information about use of this software for genomic research:
